Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped from Salisbury, Wiltshire in the UK.

UK Shipping:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4 business days (Monday–Friday) and delivered within 7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Please note: As we approach the holiday season, processing times may take slightly longer due to increased demand. Thank you for your patience as we handle each order with care.

URGENT – Rush My Order (UK Only):

  • Need your order sooner? Choose the URGENT – Rush My Order option at checkout for next business day dispatch.
  • Orders must be placed before 2PM (Monday–Friday) for next business day dispatch. Perfect for last-minute gifts or when you need a quick turnaround.
  • This option is available for UK orders only.


International Shipping:

For all International orders, please allow additional time for delivery.

Please note that all orders are shipped from the UK. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your local customs department may apply import duties, taxes, or additional fees to your order.

These charges are not included in the cost of your purchase or shipping and are the responsibility of the customer. Quietivity does not prepay or cover these charges, as they are determined by your local customs authority.

We recommend checking with your country's customs office to understand any potential fees.

Quietivity is a small family business, and each item is made by hand and with love. Since launching in October 2023, I’ve been genuinely overwhelmed by the positive response to our silent timer candles and other mindfulness tools. Your support means the world to me.
